We are a Brisbane based law firm, operated by Principal/Lawyer, Chris Cooper since the commencement of our practice in 1986.

Whilst we represent a diverse range of private clients in various areas of law the firm’s primary focus has been largely on corporate organisational matters and commercial issues.

The firm business is centred around representing a small number of significant clients, thus allowing us to provide a personal service with a high level of expertise and professionalism.
